Pharmacokinetic models within the App are simplified approximations based on published half-life values and standard decay formulas. Actual pharmacokinetics vary significantly between individuals based on factors including body composition, metabolism, administration site, injection technique, and concurrent substances. The models in DoseFlow should not be used to make clinical decisions.
Reconstitution calculations are provided as a convenience aid. You are responsible for verifying all calculations independently before administration.
