Privacy Policy
DoseFlow ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the DoseFlow mobile application ("App"). The short version: we collect nothing. Your data never leaves your device.
1. No Data Collection
DoseFlow is designed to operate entirely on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information, health data, usage statistics, or analytics of any kind. There are no user accounts, no sign-in requirements, and no connection to external servers during normal operation.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
All data you enter into DoseFlow — including compound names, dosing schedules, injection logs, lab values, and body metrics — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage mechanisms provided by your operating system. This data is:
- Never transmitted to DoseFlow servers (we have none)
- Never shared with third parties
- Deleted when you uninstall the App, unless you have made a local backup
- Protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption)
3. Optional Encrypted Backups
DoseFlow may offer an optional backup feature that exports your data as an encrypted file to your device's local storage or a cloud storage provider of your choice (e.g., iCloud, Google Drive). When you use this feature:
- The backup file is encrypted before it leaves the App
- DoseFlow does not have access to the backup file or its contents
- The backup is governed by the privacy policy of the cloud provider you choose
4. No Third-Party SDKs or Analytics
DoseFlow does not include any third-party analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel), advertising networks, crash-reporting services that transmit data off-device, or social login providers. The App contains no trackers of any kind.
5. Push Notifications
If you grant permission, DoseFlow may send local push notifications to remind you of upcoming doses. These notifications are generated entirely on-device and do not involve any server communication.
6. Children's Privacy
DoseFlow is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has entered data into the App, you can delete that data by clearing the App's local storage or uninstalling the App.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and post a notice within the App. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
