Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the DoseFlow mobile application ("App") operated by DoseFlow ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DoseFlow, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
DoseFlow is a personal tracking tool designed to help users log and monitor self-administered research compounds, peptides, hormones, and related protocols. The App provides:
- Dose logging and scheduling
- Pharmacokinetic decay modeling
- Reconstitution volume calculations
- Site rotation tracking
- Adherence and vial economics tracking
- Lab value and body metric logging

3. User Responsibilities
By using DoseFlow, you agree that you will:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes in your jurisdiction
- Not rely on the App for any medical, diagnostic, or treatment decisions
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing, or stopping any protocol
- Take sole responsibility for the accuracy of data you enter and for decisions made based on that data
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding the substances you track
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by DoseFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
DoseFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. We make no representations about the accuracy of pharmacokinetic models or calculation results. Use of any calculations is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoseFlow and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or adverse health outcomes, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
